For this opportunity, Nalys is recruiting on behalf of one of its pharmaceutical clients located in the Hainaut region of Belgium. This company is known for its commitment to operational excellence, quality, and innovation in healthcare.

As Project Manager, you will oversee cross-functional pharmaceutical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and compliance with industry standards. You will act as a key interface between internal teams and external stakeholders, driving project execution and supporting strategic initiatives across manufacturing, quality, and engineering domains.

This role is ideal for a versatile and proactive professional with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical operations.

The Role & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Program Lead or Site Director, and working closely with technical and business stakeholders, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end project management activities across pharmaceutical operations
• Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including QA, QC, production, engineering, and regulatory affairs
• Managing project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
• Ensuring compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements
• Facilitating stakeholder communication and reporting project progress
• Supporting change management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation (plans, reports, dashboards)
• Identifying and resolving project issues and bottlenecks
• Driving alignment between technical execution and business goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• You have a trong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical operations
• You are able to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• You are fluent in both French and English, verbal and written
• Problem-solver and able to thrive in dynamic environments
• Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2) is a big plus.

Your Team

You will be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high-impact projects that support operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. The team works closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering departments to ensure successful project outcomes.
