Team Manager Service Management

Nested is looking for an entrepreneurial Team Manager for its Property & Facility Services, to lead and scale our maintenance services. This is a unique opportunity to establish a profitable service line that not only supports our managed properties but also serves external clients, including real estate funds, developers, and individual homeowners. We’re seeking a leader to oversee day-to-day operations, manage our internal maintenance team, and drive business growth. Lead the team: Manage and develop our internal maintenance technicians and assistants. Manage external providers: Build and maintain a strong network of trusted contractors across Brussels (plumbers, electricians, etc.) Follow up on leads: Create structured workflows, quality control standards, and use tools like Fixform to manage tickets and interventions efficiently. Scale the team: Proven experience in maintenance operations, facility management, or property services A trusted network of reliable service providers in Brussels Excellent people management and scheduling skills Commercial mindset — comfortable engaging with external clients and closing service deals Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
