Job description As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support across a wide range of technologies.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all user support requests via our Service Desk and Helpdesk systems.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware and software issues on Windows, Linux, and various mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video conferencing (VC) systems, ensuring seamless meetings and presentations.
  • Deliver application support for a range of internal business applications.
  • Set up new user accounts, workstations, and equipment.
  • Document support tickets, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide out-of-hours support.
Profile What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Proven experience in an IT Support or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with mobile support (Android & iOS).
  • Familiarity with Service Desk and Helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software.
  • Knowledge of video conferencing technologies and support.
  • A customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
