Amicable Collection Officer

Nexeo Belgium is looking for an Amicable Collection Officer to support one of our key clients in the banking sector.

As an Amicable Collection Officer, you will:

• Manage and follow up on unpaid instalments to prevent escalation to litigation.
• Maintain daily contact with clients in arrears, both via phone and email, with a customer-centric and diplomatic approach.
• Analyse client files to identify the appropriate treatment and negotiate repayment solutions.
• Ensure accurate and qualitative management of all case-related information.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and a strong command of English.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with various IT tools.
• A strong interest in finance and banking products is a plus.

• Customer-oriented, diplomatic, and stress-resistant.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Autonomous, problem-solver, and a great team player.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
