Nexeo is looking for a KYC Coordinator – Brussels (Corporate Banking)
We are looking for a KYC Coordinator to support one of our key clients in the financial sector. You will be responsible for updating and recertifying KYC files for large corporate clients (with a turnover of over €7.5 million) within the Corporate Banking division.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of KYC files: identify the required documentation, contact clients, ensure timely follow-up, and encode information into internal systems
- Apply the full KYC process, including cross-border aspects, in line with legal and international compliance requirements
- Collaborate with relationship managers and compliance teams to resolve issues and ensure the completeness of KYC files
- Report on progress and flag any difficulties to the team manager
- Communicate with clients in Dutch, French, or English, depending on the case
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Law, or Business
- Minimum 1 year of experience in KYC operations, ideally with corporate clients
- Strong command of Dutch and French (spoken and written); good working knowledge of English
- Proficient in MS Office and able to work with multiple internal IT tools
