We are currently looking for a
Customer Advisor
for one of our clients in the automotive sector.
Your responsibilities:
Customer Relations:
With customer satisfaction as the goal, you are responsible for both telephone and written interactions with end customers regarding the commercial and administrative aspects of maintenance contracts.
Dealer Relations:
As the point of contact for the dealer network, you closely collaborate with concession sales representatives.
Fleet Activation of New Contracts:
Administrative initiation of all contracts, covering both service aspects and billing to customers.
Regularizations of Ongoing Contracts:
Monitoring ongoing contracts and making necessary adjustments if there are deviations from the initial parameters.
Contract Terminations:
Handling exceptional contract terminations and taking necessary actions after consultation with superiors.
Questions and Complaints:
Addressing both telephone and written inquiries or complaints.
Payment Follow-ups:
Managing and monitoring overdue payments.
