Corporate Information Technology Manager


About the Company

Our client is an international, mission-driven company supporting large multinational organizations through technology, data and compliance solutions.

About the Role

To strengthen their internal IT capabilities, they are looking for a Corporate IT Operations Manager to lead the IT Operations function and ensure secure, reliable and future-ready services across multiple offices. This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management (6 It support engineers), service delivery, architecture oversight and business partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
  • Manage, coach and develop an IT Operations team
  • Set clear priorities, objectives and ownership
  • Remove blockers and enable high performance
  • Foster a culture of trust, accountability and continuous improvement
  • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews and career development plans

  • IT Operations & Service Delivery
  • Oversee daily IT operations across multiple offices
  • Ensure availability, stability and security of all corporate IT services
  • Define and manage SLAs and performance metrics
  • Lead incident, problem and change management
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base for self-service

  • Architecture & Infrastructure
  • Lead the design and evolution of IT Operations architecture
  • Ensure redundancy, backup and disaster recovery strategies
  • Manage upgrades, lifecycle and modernization initiatives
  • Stay ahead of new technologies and best practices

  • Security, Governance & Vendors
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and policies
  • Implement IT policies and procedures
  • Manage vendors and contracts
  • Control budgets and costs

  • Business Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define the IT roadmap
  • Translate business needs into scalable solutions
  • Act as a trusted partner for internal users and leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or similar
  • 5+ years managing IT Operations or Infrastructure teams

Required Skills

  • Strong people leadership and coaching skills
  • Solid background in IT Service Management (ITIL)
  • Experience in multi-site corporate environments

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Azure ecosystem
  • Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Identity, O365
  • Jira & Confluence
  • Agile ways of working
