Cybersecurity Lead ( Liège)
To support the strengthening of cybersecurity across multiple European sites, we are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Lead to drive security operations, lead key initiatives, and ensure the protection of both IT and OT environments.
Reporting to the Global Architecture & Security leadership, you will play a central role in securing critical infrastructure, coordinating remediation actions, and embedding strong cybersecurity practices across the organization Europe.
This position combines hands-on technical expertise, project leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.
Your mission
You will:
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls across European sites
- Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and security audits
- Identify threats and coordinate remediation with Infrastructure & Operations teams
- Lead incident response (investigation, containment, communication, recovery)
- Collaborate closely with the global Security Operations team to ensure alignment with corporate standards
- Contribute to strategic security initiatives and regulatory programs (e.g., NIS2)
- Promote cybersecurity awareness and training among local teams
- Monitor and report on KPIs, incidents, and compliance metrics
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Work with engineering and operations teams to secure production systems without impacting safety or availability
- Monitor OT environments for anomalies, unauthorized changes, and cyber risks
- Support compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443, NIS2, etc.)
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or OT environments is a strong asset
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, NIS2
- Hands-on experience with:
- SIEM
- Firewalls
- Endpoint protection
- Vulnerability management tools
- IDS / IPS
- Strong expertise in Windows and Unix/Linux environments
- Experience securing industrial or production networks and applying security patches
- Ability to assess and remediate network vulnerabilities
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Fluent English (French is a plus)
