Join us as a Cyber Academy Manager. This position will be based at our Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence in Transinne, a village in the Belgian municipality of Libin.
You will shape the future of cyber education by developing Nexova’s training portfolio, driving commercial growth, and positioning Nexova as a market leader in cybersecurity training. Tasks and Activities
The scope of work will include:
- Driving the strategic development and growth of Nexova’s Cyber Academy, enhancing training offerings and commercializing services.
- Expanding and refining training programmes aligned with industry needs, client demand, and commercial viability, leveraging Nexova’s state-of-the-art training environment within our Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence.
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining quality and efficiency across delivery formats.
- Positioning Nexova as a leader in cybersecurity training through unique offerings and strategic partnerships.
- Owning and managing the Academy’s P&L, driving revenue growth and optimizing resource allocation.
- Working closely with the sales teams to position, promote, and sell training solutions to both new and existing clients.
- Building and mentoring a team of (internal and external) cybersecurity trainers, fostering excellence and innovation.
- Supporting the delivery of training sessions when required.
Skills and Experience
The following skills and experience are mandatory:
- University Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated end-to-end experience in building, managing, and scaling a training programme from strategy and design to sales, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Skilled in managing complex programs, developing go-to-market strategies, and bringing training services successfully to market.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of business models, pricing strategies, and revenue generation.
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and trends affecting workforce skills.
- Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment.
- Solution oriented mindset, with a customer focused communication skill.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
