ServiceNow Consultant – ITSM Implementation (Technical Consultant)

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to lead technical implementations of ITSM modules in a complex enterprise environment. You’ll be responsible for designing, configuring, and integrating scalable solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders and platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Develop scripts, business rules, and workflows to automate and enhance ITSM processes.
• Design and build integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Translate business and technical requirements into efficient ServiceNow solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities in an Agile setup.
• Ensure data quality and performance across the ITSM suite.

Required Skills

• Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and custom workflows.
• Solid understanding of ACLs, ServiceNow security, and data models.
• Integration experience with third-party tools and systems.

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM Specialist)
• ITIL knowledge and practical application in ServiceNow
• Experience with Performance Analytics or Virtual Agent
