ServiceNow Consultant

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow CMDB Consultant to support a major project in Brussels. The role focuses on CMDB optimization and ITSM/ITOM within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize and manage CMDB models in line with CSDM best practices

• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams

• Support users through training and demos

• Drive platform improvements and integrations

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM

• Knowledge of Discovery and functional analysis

• 3+ years CMDB/CSDM experience with Dynamic CI Groups

• 5+ years functional/business analysis

Long term Contract position

Hybrid – Brussels

French OR Dutch and English Speaking

Open to Candidates relocating to Belgium*
