Role Overview

We are seeking a
Senior Solution Architect
to lead the migration of a critical communication layer for messaging and file transfer within a complex financial services environment.

This role sits within a strategic transformation program and requires a strong blend of technical leadership, architectural governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Solution Design:
  Define high-level architecture aligned with enterprise roadmaps and regulatory standards
• Stakeholder Management:
  Act as the bridge between business, delivery squads, and IT teams
• Architecture Governance:
  Ensure compliance with architectural standards and escalate deviations when needed
• Cloud Enablement:
  Design cloud-native solutions and drive cloud adoption (Azure preferred)
• Lifecycle Ownership:
  Oversee solution delivery from ideation to implementation
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with system and enterprise architects, product owners, and engineering leads

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in
  solution architecture
  , ideally in financial services or high-throughput environments
• Strong technical background in
  cloud platforms
  (Azure preferred), CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud security
• Deep understanding of
  integration patterns
  , APIs, messaging standards (e.g., SWIFT), and middleware
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms
• Experience working in
  agile delivery models
  (tribes/squads)

Desirable Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect)
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management in IT architecture
• French language skills are a plus
