For Nipro Medical EMEA, We are looking for a Product Manager – Infection Control who is curious, collaborative, and driven to join us.
About the role
You will be working in a team that is passionate about advancing infection control solutions. In this role, you will help shape the future of our product portfolio, support market expansion, and drive promotional and training initiatives across the EMEA region.
What you’ll do
Business development (30%)
- Identify new applications for our infection control portfolio
- Support market access strategies and long-term business planning
- The role holder will keep a close relationship with counterparts in other territories and our partners in our HQ in Japan.
Promotion (40%)
- Coordinate product launches in selected markets
- Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings
- Develop promotional tools with the Marketing Communications team
Training (20%)
- Deliver training sessions for sales teams and key customers
KOL relationships (10%)
- Supported by our Scientific Advisor and our existing network, the role holder will maintain a strong relationship with KOL’s on infection control.
- He/She will host, together with our Scientific Advisor, round tables with KOLs to discuss improvements or future applications of our infection control product portfolio.
What you’ll need
- Experience in product management or marketing in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region
- Knowledge of infection control or medical technologies is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
