Mechanical Design Engineer (freelance) - Medical Device

Our client, a leading company in medical imaging technology, is offering a contract opportunity for Mechanical Design Engineers in Belgium. As renowned innovators, they are at the forefront of developing cutting-edge products that revolutionize surgical and industrial electronic solutions. You can use your technical background and be part of an update to one of their products that can really help healthcare professionals and patients.

• Work in the vibrant and technologically advanced hub, providing a rich environment for professional and personal growth.
• 6 month full-time contract with possibility for extension.
• Collaborate with distinguished professionals and enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
  
  

• Design and develop mechanical components for their medical device.
• Apply expertise in CAD applications, such as PTC Creo, to create precise and innovative mechanical designs adhering to high industry standards.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring design solutions align with the company's goals and mission of technological excellence.
  
  

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is your entryway to excel in impactful design assignments.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer.
• Experience with mechanical design for industrial electronic products.
• Proficiency in Thermal Design Management and experience with CAD software such as PTC Creo.
• Fluent level of English and Dutch is a big plus.
