As a Product Manager, you play a key role in driving commercial success across your assigned market(s). You will shape product strategy, lead marketing execution, and collaborate closely with global marketing, medical, clinical, R&D teams and key opinion leaders. Your mission is to generate demand, strengthen product positioning, and ensure successful lifecycle management from development to launch and beyond.
Partner with the sales team to build and support a strong opportunity pipeline
Act as the commercial lead in the product commercialization process and advise on new project progression
Work closely with R&D and Supply Chain to ensure successful and timely product launches
Manage the full product lifecycle, including defining product vision and gathering customer and market requirements
Develop and execute marketing, advertising, promotion, and communication plans
Keep an in-depth understanding of competitive dynamics and market trends
Analyze brand performance and evaluate the ROI of marketing initiatives
Lead media agency briefings based on the approved marketing plan, brand strategy, and budget
Create and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, including training sales teams
Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Oversee hiring, performance management, and development of direct reports
Strong understanding of wound-care products and markets
Customer-centric mindset (Rx/OTC), with the ability to uncover needs and drive engagement
Digital fluency with a passion for innovation
Proven track record in launching and implementing new projects
Experience managing consumer and channel-specific campaigns
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
Effective team player with cross-functional collaboration experience
Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical or related industry
At least 2 years as a Product Manager
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Fluency in Dutch & English, good French.
