Program Manager

Do you have 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager? We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Brussels.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager
• 20+ years of experience in IT, including software development and program delivery
• At least 7 years as an Agile/SAFe transformation coach in software development companies
• Full IT lifecycle experience: from developer to Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Program Manager
• Master’s degree in a relevant IT field
• Prior experience in transportation or public infrastructure sectors is an asset
• Strong track record in change management, cross-team alignment, and executive stakeholder engagement
• Language(s): Dutch (active), French (active), English (active)

Job Description:

• Lead the Productization tracks of the Future Operating Model (FOM) transformation program
• Report to the Head of Customer Experience Solutions and align with the FOM Transformation Team
• Drive end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives across delivery units
• Facilitate organisation-wide stakeholder buy-in and ensure horizontal alignment
• Oversee change management efforts to embed transformation across teams
• Define and monitor success metrics and report progress to executive sponsors and governance boards
• Ensure value delivery within scope and on schedule
