Team Coordinator


Do you have experience in team coordination or project management within a complex technical or security domain? We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Namur, hybrid.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in team coordination or project management within a complex technical or security domain.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity challenges, particularly in industrial systems (OT) and hybrid IT/OT environments.
  • Ability to unite, motivate, and involve technical and functional profiles.
  • Skilled at arbitrating decisions based on business impact and risk.
  • Highly organized, structured monitoring, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Language(s): english (fluent), french (fluent)

Job description:

  • Orchestrate the work of team members, ensuring proper task distribution and adherence to deadlines.
  • Prepare and lead weekly team meetings, centralizing progress and needs.
  • Ensure operational monitoring of files and submit arbitration points to the line manager.
  • Implement and enforce security methods and standards defined by the SPW (risk, vulnerability, change, and incident management).
  • Ensure all team deliverables comply with management guidelines and standards.
  • Coordinate the preparation of scan campaigns and vulnerability analyses.
  • Consolidate risk priorities and ensure decisive follow-up actions by internal teams and service providers.
  • Consolidate opinions from the Security Architect and monitor the implementation of validated security decisions.
  • Establish operational links with the SPW Digital SOC for log integration and use-case monitoring.
  • Coordinate the implementation of hierarchy-approved actions related to detection and response.
  • Organize the logistics of cybersecurity exercises (table-top, simulations), coordinate participants, and prepare scenarios based on risk analysis.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact with SPW Digital (SOC, Security) and SOFICO.
  • Produce consolidated progress reports, preparing materials for committees and ensuring clear information flow between all stakeholders (team, business, and management).
