Requirements:
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Senior Business Analyst with applications in the ICT field and hands-on experience in the HR domain
- Must possess Certified Scrum Master status (mandatory)
- Strong experience with Business Process Development and Optimisation (BPM)
- Proven ability to apply strong analytical thinking skills to complex data-driven projects
- Specific capability in researching and translating complex calculation rules (e.g., from Excel macros in financial simulators) into logical web application requirements (user-friendly screens, clear graphs)
- Experience with HR Data Systems (e.g., Vlimpers, Cornerstone) and developing processes for high-quality reporting is highly beneficial
- Affinity with payroll calculations, financial, or accounting data is a strong asset
- Soft skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly focused on accuracy, and demonstrable experience in stakeholder management (beneficial)
- Languages: Dutch (fluent), English (fluent)

Job Description:
- Research and thoroughly familiarise yourself with the operation of the Multi-Year Simulator (MJRS), currently an Excel-based simulation tool (including Excel macros)
- Translate the MJRS's complex calculation rules and business logic into concrete requirements for integration within the existing Vlimpers Salary Budget Reporting (WBR) web application
- Design and define the necessary logical calculation rules, user-friendly screens, and clear graphs within the WBR application to support multi-year financial predictions up to 2030
- Contribute to the further development of these innovative HR data and financial tools, ensuring accuracy and adherence to existing HRTD standards
- Work closely with internal and external developers, and be managed by internal colleagues, while adopting and continuing established standards and processes
- Support the HR Data team, which develops processes for flowing HR data from various source systems (Vlimpers, Cornerstone, etc.) into reporting
