Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and Governance.
- Extensive experience in business process analysis, modeling, optimisation, risk assessment, and organisational change management.
- Proven track record as a Business Process Consultant or Solution Architect on 5+ large-scale projects.
- Hands-on experience with process modeling tools such as ARIS, Archi, or Enterprise Architect.
- Professional certification in Business Architecture (e.g., BPMN, BP CBOK, TOGAF, or ARIS) is required.
- Strong ability to build professional relationships across teams and influence organisational change.
- Master's degree in Pedagogics, Public Administration, Communication, Marketing, or Social Sciences (or a Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience).
- Knowledge of business process management in EU IT systems and EU administrative rules (procurement, contract management) is highly advantageous.
- Languages: English (fluent).
