Definition of the job
As Sales Support Officer, you are the link between our customers, the Key Account Manager, and internal departments. You make sure everything runs smoothly — from order to delivery.
Activities
- Process orders in the ERP system and follow them up from A to Z;
- Support customers with quotes, product information, and follow-up;
- Be the main point of contact for your customers and anticipate their needs;
- Coordinate with planning, purchasing, R&D, and quality departments;
- Monitor budgets and invoices accurately;
- Prepare shipments and ensure everything is dispatched correctly and on time;
- Think commercially and help improve processes;
- Support reception and welcome visitors with a smile.
In short: you keep the commercial flow running — with precision and initiative.
Specific requirements for the work position
Qualifications and prerequisite:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent through experience;
- Fluent communication in Dutch, French, and English;
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with ERP systems (LISA, Navision, SAP) is a plus.

- Accurate, quick to understand, and enjoys variety;
- Commercial mindset, solution-oriented, and full of enthusiasm.
