Junior Media Buyer

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Media Buyer to join our team. The Media Buyer will be responsible for negotiating, purchasing, and optimizing advertising space across various media channels (print, postering, cinema, and online) to meet client objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing assigned domains and client portfolios, understanding client needs and objectives.
• Stay updated on media trends and landscape, learning to analyze media impact on campaigns.
• Help negotiate and buy advertising space, learning to evaluate media formats, pricing, demographics, and geographic info.
• Assist in optimizing media purchases within budget and support the selection of media types and quality.
• Collaborate with the Accountability Department on campaign status and help prepare updates and performance reports.
• Create campaign schedules and purchase media space, deliver material instructions to agencies, follow up on campaigns, assist in post-buy analyses, and prepare billing statements.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Office Management, Business, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of the media landscape and advertising trends
• Somebody with administration skills
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Comfortable working with numbers daily
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and support various projects effectively
• Bilingual in Dutch and French with English knowledge
