You get to know them, understand their strengths, leadership style, and ambitions.

You then match them with the right assignments, by actively seeking out companies in need of temporary leadership capacity.

This is not about quick placements, but thoughtful, strategic matching.

You’re the bridge between client and leader — in your own way, as an independent professional, backed by the power of the ORCHIS network.

We do things differently:

💼 Our Model

  • Fixed start fee: A one-time fee of €15,000 excl. VAT paid by the client at the start. That’s it.
  • Direct invoicing: The interim executive invoices the client directly. From day one, the entire daily rate goes to the person who deserves it — the leader.
  • High-quality matches: Since executives retain their full rate, we attract top candidates who would otherwise be budget-restricted — resulting in high-impact leadership from day one.

  • 10+ years of recruitment experience, including executive search

  • You are freelance (or ready to be) and want to co-create a new approach to interim management
  • You are based in Belgium or the Netherlands, and digitally fluent
