Part of your responsibilities will include daily interactions with key decision-makers in order to build your network, qualify leads, pitch products, and solve problems. Use your persuasive skills to build lasting relationships and help businesses thrive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of this team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape our lead generation strategy, select targeted industries each month, and drive our outreach efforts. It is a unique chance to join a growing team significantly impacting our growth and success in the European market.
- Lead generation: research and identify potential customers through various channels, such as online research, social media, industry events and utilize prospecting tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Lead the entire sales cycle: you'll be responsible for conducting outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers, qualifying their business needs & processes,
- Provide potential customers with a tailor made demonstration of Odoo and handle the closing of the deals.
- Develop relationships and build trust with clients.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build your professional network.
- Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to drive growth and revenue.

MUST HAVE
- A first experience in outbound or in sales
- Strong business knowledge & sales skills
- Languages :
Dutch + English - Genuine interest in IT & software
- Analytic vision & fighting spirit
- Strong communication skills
- Work permit for Belgium
