Position: Administration and Sales Officer

Location: On-site, Overijse (Belgium)


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administration and Sales Officer to join our friendly team full-time. This is a key position combining administrative coordination, customer interaction, and sales support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Generate and nurture leads to drive sales growth.
  • Organize and manage sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate the reception and handover of vehicles, including CMR transport documentation.
  • Review and manage internal vehicle documentation prior to sale.


Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven abilities in lead generation and sales operations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in automotive sales is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of other languages (such as Dutch, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, German,...) is highly desirable.
