SOC Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced SOC Manager for one of our clients. If you're an expert in cybersecurity with a passion for managing complex security challenges and driving innovation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

-Define the SOC strategy, ensuring technical coherence and compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Design and implement the incident management policy in collaboration with operational teams.
-Recommend and lead the implementation of IT security solutions (On-Premise and Cloud).
-Adapt security protocols to the needs of office and industrial environments.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest threats and solutions to protect information systems.
- Propose innovative solutions to strengthen the organization's security posture.
- Coordinate activities with external partners (vendors, MSPs) and internal teams.
- Manage the budget and monitor the quality of services provided by suppliers.
- Handle major security crises and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Profile:

-Master's degree in Computer Science or at least 10 years of experience in the IT field.
-Over 10 years of experience in a security management role within a large organization (200+ employees).
-Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
-Advanced skills in security solutions: SIEM, SOAR, XDR/EDR, forensics analysis, network security, scripting.
-Strong experience with both On-Premise and Cloud environments.
-Deep knowledge of security standards and concepts.
-Ability to manage crises and make decisions under pressure.
-Experience with Operational Technology (OT) would be a plus
