We're hiring a Senior Test Analyst to drive both manual and automated testing, challenge existing approaches, and coach junior testers. Enjoy life at home and come to the office only once per week (the office is in the heart of Brussels) 🧩 The role As part of a growing team (currently 3 testers), you'll Lead test design and execution (manual + automated) Validate software quality using SQL queries Define and improve test strategies Challenge business analysts and developers to raise quality Coach junior testers and align with cross-functional teams Work entirely in Dutch 👤 your profile 5+ years in testing Strong SQL skills Experience with Cypress, JUnit5, Jira, Confluence, GIT/SVN Familiar with CI/CD, TDD, Java, UML Proactive, communicative, and quality-driven Fluent in Dutch 💼 Why Join?
