For its 10th edition, from 02.10 to , ArtOnPaper – Brussels' fair dedicated to drawing and works on paper – is looking for a motivated, curious intern to support the communication & digital activities.
MAIN MISSIONS
1. Social media & community
- Help animate Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn (posts, stories, reels).
- Contribute to the creation of content (visuals, short videos, captions) highlighting galleries, artists, programme, partners.
- Support community management, monitoring comments, answering first-line messages, light social listening in the art & culture field.
2. Newsletters & CRM
- Assist with the drafting of newsletters (galleries, VIP /pros, general public).
- Help segment contact lists and monitor basic KPIs (open rate, click rate, etc.).
3. Website & digital content
- Support updates on the website (news, programme, practical info, exhibitors' page).
- Help prepare the online press kit (visuals, text snippets, links, contacts).
4. Communication plan & digital campaigns
- Contribute ideas to the editorial calendar together with the Communication Director and strategic agency.
- Support small paid campaigns (Meta Ads): upload assets, basic targeting, follow-up of results.
PROFILE
- Student or bachelor degree in communication, digital marketing, cultural management, journalism, PR or similar.
- Very comfortable with Instagram & Facebook; LinkedIn, Mailchimp...
- Strong writing skills in English or French (additional Dutch is a real asset).
- Eye for image and detail; genuine interest in contemporary art and the Brussels cultural scene.
- Organised, proactive, able to work both independently and as part of a small team.
SKILLS
- Good command of Google Workspace / MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva or Adobe (Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator) is appreciated.
- Good spelling, curiosity, willingness to learn and try things out.
