JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a draughtsman, you are part of client' Studies & Construction department for the Limburg South region. You are responsible for entering, checking and adjusting data in Smallworld, technical databases and SAP. You will update the different types of plans, schedules and databases in order to ensure optimal management for the benefit of the internal and external user.

You will be part of the existing drawing service within client. You are responsible for the independent and timely processing of the supplied operating and project-related technical network data. This processing is done in Smallworld or technical databases for all disciplines (multidisciplinary) in the area assigned to you. You strive for maximum accuracy of the data entered and take initiatives to obtain missing information. You are responsible for the processing and registration of plan and switching data, but also of the internal worlds of object data. You follow the specified schedule and cooperate in respecting the lead times.

Specific Skills

• Experience as a multidisciplinary Smallworld draughtsman within a distribution system operator context – Medior (3 years), Must have
• Experience using SAP-PS (Project Systems) – Medior (3 years), Must have
• Demonstrated knowledge of electricity and distribution networks and their components – Must have
• Submission of technical drawings from a relevant project with a network operator – Must have (Document required)
• PC skills in Word and Excel – Nice to have

Sector Skills

Experience within the Belgian energy sector or a network operator – Medior (3 years), Must have

General Skills

• Experience as a technical draughtsman – Medior (3 years), Must have
• Experience with drawing packages (AutoCAD, MicroStation, PowerOn, Smallworld, etc.) – Must have
• Dutch language proficiency at CEFR level C2 – Must have
• Experience in the technical sector (energy, petroleum, construction, automation, etc.) – Should have
