Job: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: Leuven, Belgium (Hybrid) (2-3 days/week onsite)

Languages: Dutch & English

Contract duration: 6 months with possible extension

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for developing and configuring new and existing functionalities and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical advice and guidance on the platform to develop according to ServiceNow standards and best practices.
• You stay up-to-date with the latest versions and developments of ServiceNow and support the platform owner and your colleagues with your technical baggage.
• You will document and manage the technical documentation and follow ServiceNow's best practices to ensure a good platform structure.
• You will manage and implement the integrations with our various systems (SAP, CRM, AD,...)
• Support and follow-up of end-user questions and issues.

Requirements

• Experience as a ServiceNow developer (preferably in a CSM context).
• Experience with UI Builder is considered a plus
• Certified System Administrator is a nice advantage
• Experience working in complex IT environments is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and the necessary design and data modelling skills
