DRAFTSMAN service plans as-built Telecom-Datacom

Service description:

• Managing plans after an infrastructure project and updating As-built TCOM-DCOM plans according to standards and norms in order to guarantee the quality of the plans that are made available. You are therefore not in charge of the study part of the project.
• Updating As-built TCOM-DCOM plans after receipt of a Redlining or following work carried out by technicians.
• Quality control on TCOM-DCOM plans, in order to ensure good quality of the plans and to improve them.
• Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure process compliance, quality and consistency of as-built plans.
• Monitoring and compliance with schedules
• Application of the TCOM-DCOM drawing methodology in line with other disciplines.
• Archiving and administrative management of plans and metadata in the ProjectWise application.
• Plan Management designers are responsible for as-built plans for LV, HV, Telecom, Datacom and LA&S.
• When the plan is as-built, it has the status "operational" in ProjectWise, it has been checked and classified on the workstation by the technician.

Service requirements:

• You have experience as a designer.
• You hold a bachelor's degree or a secondary education diploma in electricity or electromechanics or have acquired equivalent experience.
• You are proficient in AutoCAD drawing software.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
• Team spirit, flexibility, positive attitude, communication skills and a strong customer focus are among your best qualities.
• You have a sense of responsibility, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and are pragmatic.
• TCOM-DCOM Designer experience, mastery of as-built TCOM / ProjectWise processes and technical knowledge are an asset.
• You are French-speaking with a good knowledge of the second national language
• An as-built plan is a plan reflecting the situation after the work has been completed. It includes any changes made during the construction process compared to the initial plan.
