JOB TITLE: MASTER DATA CONSULTANT
LANGUAGES REQUIRED: ENGLISH
WORK LOCATION: BRUSSEL, BELGIUM
WORK MODE: HYBRID (2-3 DAYS ONSITE/WEEK)
WORK REGIME: PART TIME
CONTRACT DURATION: ASAP-6 MONTHS WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION
JOB DESCRIPTION
Typical Day:
Review and quality-check functional and technical deliverables produced by the system integrator
Challenge design choices and ensure alignment with UCB standards and long-term data strategy
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
Support coordination across integration, analytics, enterprise architecture, and data office teams
Document decisions, rules, mappings, and onboarding materials for current and future use cases
Prepare and structure requirements for upcoming Phase 2 use cases
Provide day-to-day PMO and program support to keep the initiative on track
Must Have:
Strong data and technical literacy (MDM concepts, data models, integrations)
Experience reviewing and validating SI deliverables from a client perspective
Ability to challenge external vendors while guiding internal stakeholders
Solid documentation and business analysis skills
Experience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments
Strong communication and coordination capabilities
