Description:
As a (Senior) Project Manager, you are responsible for managing and delivering connectivity projects for customers across the Benelux. You oversee all aspects of projects, ensuring that scope, planning, budget, quality, and stakeholders are aligned to deliver successful outcomes.
You coordinate closely with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This applies both to customer projects and internal projects related to the development of our own network.
In addition, you contribute to improving project delivery by applying and, where relevant, further developing project management methodologies. You ensure accurate documentation, reporting, administrative follow-up, and effective troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
Depending on seniority, you may also play a role in coaching colleagues and supporting continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications
Higher education (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent experience
More than 5 years of experience in project management or project coordination
A profound understanding of Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Experience in one or more of the following domains:, Optical Transmission (C/DWDM),Routing & Switching, Fiber networks
Strong organisational, analytical, and systematic working style
Customer-oriented mindset with commercial awareness
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player
Flexible and mobile (driver's license B required)
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
(Trilingual Dutch, English, and French is a plus)
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a plus
