Information Technology Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

As a key member of the IT Strategy team, you will:

• Support the IT Strategy Team Lead with project portfolio management and steerco (Initiative Board) preparations
• Contribute to the bank’s strategic planning, especially around IT budgeting and forecasting
• Drive the execution of complex initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, progress tracking, dashboarding, and final delivery
• Create executive-level presentations and communication materials in collaboration with architects and strategists
• Track IT budget status and action plans while ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Facilitate research, retrospectives, lessons learned, and continuous improvements within the team

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT Strategy, Consulting, or IT Transformation
• Strong background working with IT leaders (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Heads of Architecture)
• Proven record in IT strategic planning, change management, and project execution
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and engage senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to synthesize technical input into impactful, well-structured executive presentations
