Responsibilities
As a key member of the IT Strategy team, you will:
- Support the IT Strategy Team Lead with project portfolio management and steerco (Initiative Board) preparations
- Contribute to the bank’s strategic planning, especially around IT budgeting and forecasting
- Drive the execution of complex initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, progress tracking, dashboarding, and final delivery
- Create executive-level presentations and communication materials in collaboration with architects and strategists
- Track IT budget status and action plans while ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Facilitate research, retrospectives, lessons learned, and continuous improvements within the team
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT Strategy, Consulting, or IT Transformation
- Strong background working with IT leaders (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Heads of Architecture)
- Proven record in IT strategic planning, change management, and project execution
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and engage senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to synthesize technical input into impactful, well-structured executive presentations
