Responsibilities
- Manage real estate files, including technical, legal, administrative, and tax documentation
- Conduct due diligence, property valuations, and broker coordination
- Handle lease termination processes and end-of-lease negotiations
- Search for new properties in coordination with the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
- Optimize the real estate portfolio by identifying opportunities and proposing improvements
- Lead negotiations for purchases, leases, and sales of assets
- Draft agreements and ensure legal and procedural compliance
- Maintain structured and compliant reporting aligned with internal policies
- Ensure accurate administrative handling of all files
Technical & Business Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate
- Strong knowledge of real estate regulations in
Flanders - Proficiency in
MS Office - Basic understanding of building technical aspects (preferred)
