Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, stakeholder, and solution requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and SMEs to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Analyze and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Lead workshops to define and document target flows and processes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with change management activities.
• Manage requirement traceability and ensure quality throughout all project phases.
• Serve as a key liaison between business and IT to ensure alignment and delivery success.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within investment or banking environments.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of contracting workflows, process optimization, and change management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, conceptual modeling techniques, and requirements management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with a structured problem-solving approach.
