Responsibilities

• Implement the Group’s IT procurement strategy.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts for Software, SaaS, and Cloud services
• Ensure cost savings through the deployment of global/local agreements aligned with stakeholder needs
• Manage and monitor risk across the software supplier portfolio
• Participate in cross-category sourcing initiatives and global procurement process improvements
• Lead supplier performance and risk reviews, including steering committees and compliance checks
• Support internal clients by challenging demands and aligning with best commercial practices
• Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, contractual, and internal control standards

Technical & Business Skills

• 8+ years’ experience in Software/IT procurement
• Expertise in Software Asset Management, SaaS, and Cloud procurement
• Deep understanding of software licensing models and commercial cost structures
• Strong contract negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Experience in supplier risk management and performance assessment
• Knowledge of legal, financial, and compliance aspects of software contracts
• Proficiency in project management and reporting
• Familiarity with procurement tools (e.g., Ivalua, Ariba – preferred)
