Scrum Master (IT Production Security)

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for the IT Continuity & Cyber Resiliency squad.
• Facilitate and run all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritization, and scope management.
• Ensure correct and smooth application of Scrum and Agile practices; remove impediments and promote team self-organization.
• Coordinate and collaborate with tribes, squads, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Take delivery ownership of selected backlog items, features, or initiatives.
• Support delivery of Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, and agreed milestones.
• Track and monitor team capacity, velocity, KPIs, and delivery progress.
• Manage and support day-to-day IT security activities related to incidents, changes, and releases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in the Scrum Master Community of Practice.
• Ensure alignment of security solutions with business needs and cyber resiliency objectives.

Skills

• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of IT Security domains (IAM, Cyber Resiliency, Cyber Defense).
• Experience with Agile reporting and tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Sound knowledge of software development and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with automated testing and continuous integration tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis abilities.
• Pro-active, resilient, and delivery-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Languages: French (fluent), English (fluent), Dutch (nice to have).
