Junior KYC Analyst – Group Life & Individual Life About the Mission We are looking for

KYC Analyst

to support a regulatory compliance project focused on

AML periodic recertification

for both Corporate and Individual Life clients. The mission aims to ensure full compliance with

Know Your Customer (KYC)

and

AML/CTF regulatory requirements , guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and proper risk classification of client files. Mission Objective Support the organization in achieving full regulatory compliance by reviewing, updating, and completing client due-diligence (CDD) files in line with AML/CTF standards and internal policies. Key Responsibilities Perform KYC checks relating to periodic and event-driven reviews Collect, verify, and assess customer identification documents and beneficial ownership information Conduct customer risk assessments and determine risk classification levels Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk clients (PEPs, sanctions exposure, high-risk industries or jurisdictions) Screen clients against sanctions lists, PEP databases, and adverse media sources Review screening alerts and assess true matches requiring escalation Identify potential financial crime risks and escalate concerns where necessary Provide clear documentation and rationale for escalations Meet KPIs and contribute to timely completion of periodic recertification Required Profile Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, Compliance, or related field Experience 1–3 years of experience in KYC, AML, compliance, or customer due diligence (depending on level) Good understanding of AML legal requirements Experience with KYC/AML tools (World-Check, Finscan, Comply Advantage, etc.) is a plus Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and investigative skills High attention to detail Ability to work accurately under time pressure Strong written and verbal communication skills Critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and in a team environment Languages Professional working proficiency in

Dutch or French Professional working proficiency in

English
