Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, write, execute, and maintain manual test cases for end-to-end and regression testing
• Validate business requirements, user journeys, and edge cases across integrated systems
• Perform multilingual validation (Dutch, French, English) ensuring accuracy, tone, and consistency
• Identify, document, and track defects clearly and accurately
• Re-test fixes and support go-live and release readiness decisions
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and designers
• Provide feedback on requirements, risks, and testability
• Maintain structured and reusable test documentation
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and quality standards

Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manual or Business Tester
• Strong expertise in end-to-end and regression testing
• Strong test design techniques (equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, scenario-based testing)
• Solid understanding of business rule validation
• Experience in complex digital environments (banking is a plus)
• Ability to validate multilingual digital content (Dutch, French, English)
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments
• Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (written and spoken)
