Project Planner | Pharmaceuticals | Belgium

We are seeking a Project Planner for a pharmaceutical company located in the Flemish region of Belgium, which is engaged in large-scale investment projects. This position requires experience in a technical project environment. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in planning, monitoring, and adjusting project activities within a highly regulated GMP framework.

As a Project Planner, your responsibilities will include the creation and management of project schedules. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that deadlines are adhered to and that progress is transparent.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing, maintaining, and tracking detailed project plans in conjunction with the project team.
• Consolidating the schedules of various disciplines into a single master schedule. - Monitoring progress and identifying any delays or risks.
• Proposing optimizations for planning and project phasing.
• Reporting status updates, milestones, and critical paths to project management.
• Assisting with resource planning and capacity assessments.
• Ensuring proper administration and documentation in accordance with GMP standards

Profile:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or economic discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a project planner, ideally within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in planning software (such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
• Familiarity with GMP guidelines is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills and analytical capabilities.
• You are detail-oriented, resilient under stress, and able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
