Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage automation projects within the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Design, configure, and optimize DeltaV and Siemens control systems.
• Oversee the implementation, testing, and commissioning of automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and EU regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA/QC, and production.
• Mentor and guide junior automation engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation system issues to ensure continuous operation.

Your Requirements:

• Proven experience with DeltaV and Siemens automation systems in pharma.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and EU regulations related to automation.
• Experience managing automation projects and leading engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electrical, or Control Engineering.
• Dutch fluency is required
