Mission

As part of our
25-person IT Engineering team
, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions, raising technical standards, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Working closely with Product Managers and Designers, you'll help shape robust and user-friendly interfaces that make a real impact.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain front-end features in
  , integrated with PHP-based back-end systems.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable
  PHP services and APIs
  .
• Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver sprint goals in line with roadmap expectations.
• Ensure
  code quality, performance, and maintainability
  through clean, testable code and regular reviews.
• Contribute to
  architectural decisions
  and ensure UI consistency, responsiveness, and performance.
• Work closely with Designers to turn UI/UX wireframes into high-quality interfaces.
• Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues — and proactively suggest improvements.

About You

• Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3+ years of experience
  with PHP, Laravel, , Bootstrap, Webpack, jQuery, Lodash, or similar.
• Strong
  front-end mindset
  with deep knowledge of best practices.
• Comfortable maintaining existing architecture while driving
  new ideas and improvements
  .
• Solid experience with
  Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD practices
  .

The offer

• Hybrid role: 2 to 3 days/week at Brussels HQ
• A long term freelance contract (full time)
