HR Business Partner Full- time position based in Ostend (Belgium) Are you ready to manage the entire HR cycle and be the go-to person for both leaders and employees? Be the go-to HR expert for leaders and managers, helping them navigate performance, development, and all things people-related. Tackle tough employee issues, working with legal and rewards teams to find smart, creative solutions that keep things compliant. Manage HR policies, making sure they’re clear, fair, and aligned with local laws to ensure consistency across the board. Help us to roll out and rock a new HR Information System (HRIS), training teammates and making sure everyone gets the most out of it. Work with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, driving engagement, retention, and overall team vibes. Bring your entrepreneurial spirit to help build HR practices that grow with the business, shaping an innovative, exciting workplace culture. Support during peak seasons the payroll team to ensure smooth, accurate processing and keep everything running like clockwork. 5+ years of experience as HRBP or in a similar role, managing both white- and blue-collar workers. ~ Ability to align HR strategies with business goals to drive performance. ~ Fluent in English and Dutch. ~ Payroll experience, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
