Trade Marketeer

We’re looking for a Trade Marketeer to strengthen our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work closely with both the purchasing and sales teams to support business growth, focusing on activations, promotions, and market positioning. You’ll take the lead in coordinating brand activations, promotions, and strategies for product launches, in collaboration with suppliers.

Your Responsibilities

No two days are the same, but your key challenges will include:

• Promotions & Activations: You’ll plan and execute promotional campaigns from A to Z. This includes analyzing store layouts, creating planograms, and working with suppliers to design promotions. You’ll manage budgets and ensure smooth execution to boost customer engagement and sales.
• Commercial & Sales Support: You’ll support product launches as well as slow movers and discontinued items. By analyzing sales data and working with suppliers, you’ll co-create campaigns with the Sales Account Manager—including online ads (e.g., Bluebird, mailings)—to increase visibility and sales.
• Content Creation & Online Presence: You’ll be responsible for content management for newsletters, social media (LinkedIn), the website, and PR activities. You’ll ensure a strong, consistent online presence that reinforces the brand.
• Offline Media & Client Engagement: You’ll coordinate offline communication initiatives and manage business gifts to strengthen client relationships.µ

Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• You are hands-on and love bringing ideas to life.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
• You’re digitally savvy, with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
• You’re an effective communicator who can engage with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
• You enjoy working collaboratively, but you’re also self-reliant and able to juggle multiple projects.
• You have an eye for detail while keeping focus on the big picture to drive results.
• You’re goal-driven and eager to take initiative to improve processes and accelerate growth.
