As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team, which is responsible for delivering the highest quality of service to an internationally dedicated client base.
The main purpose of your role is being responsible for accepting and handling all valuable transport orders. This includes managing all necessary agreements and daily communication with both customers as the internal organisation.
The goal is to ensure successful transport execution, and fulfil our clients’ service requirements.
