Our client, based in both Belgium and the United States, is a well-established player in the field of medical and technical equipment. To strengthen their growing back-office team, they are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Officer with solid accounting knowledge and excellent SAP skills.
🧾 Your Responsibilities:
For the US entity:
- Processing and tracking incoming invoices
- Preparing bank payments
- Managing and following up on customer orders
- Commission checks
- Credit card payments and invoicing
- Webshop payment administration (Stripe)
- Expense recording (QuickBooks)
- Accounts receivable management
For the Belgian entity:
- Invoice handling and payment follow-up
- Order confirmations and pro forma invoicing
- Monitoring commissions and sales-related costs
- Sales reporting
Cross-functional tasks:
- Customer data management in SAP (mandatory)
- Travel and expense administration
- Support with financial controls
✅ Your Profile:
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative role with accounting responsibilities
- Proficient in SAP (required)
- Nice to have: knowledge of QuickBooks, Salesforce, Odoo
- Excellent command of English en French (spoken and written – essential)
- Structured, accurate, discreet, and able to manage priorities
