Our client, based in both Belgium and the United States, is a well-established player in the field of medical and technical equipment. To strengthen their growing back-office team, they are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Officer with solid accounting knowledge and excellent SAP skills.


🧾 Your Responsibilities:

For the US entity:

  • Processing and tracking incoming invoices
  • Preparing bank payments
  • Managing and following up on customer orders
  • Commission checks
  • Credit card payments and invoicing
  • Webshop payment administration (Stripe)
  • Expense recording (QuickBooks)
  • Accounts receivable management

For the Belgian entity:

  • Invoice handling and payment follow-up
  • Order confirmations and pro forma invoicing
  • Monitoring commissions and sales-related costs
  • Sales reporting

Cross-functional tasks:

  • Customer data management in SAP (mandatory)
  • Travel and expense administration
  • Support with financial controls


Your Profile:

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative role with accounting responsibilities
  • Proficient in SAP (required)
  • Nice to have: knowledge of QuickBooks, Salesforce, Odoo
  • Excellent command of English en French (spoken and written – essential)
  • Structured, accurate, discreet, and able to manage priorities
