Our client is a growing international company, present in more than 30 countries.
Specialized in both B2B and B2C services with their headquarters in Antwerp.
Job Description
As a Commercial Trainee you'll have the following tasks:
Months 0- 6: Intense learning phase, going from knowing our client, the market, the services, sharpen the commercial skills etc
Months 6-9: Show us you're ready and under mentorship you'll receive challenging opportunities & responsibilities. This will involve understanding the needs of the clients and looking for the right solution in a client-oriented way.
From month 9: If all goes well, you are ready to be an independent member of our client and start to develop your own client portfolio and climb the ladder.
The Successful Applicant
As a Commercial Trainee You'll Have The Following Profile
Recently graduated Bachelor of Master
Passion for client contact and commercial development
Native in Dutch with a excellent knowledge of English.
Passionate, flexible and eager to learn & develop
You are fun, down to earth but hard worker
