About the job

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a experienced Business Manager. You will ensure an optimal service delivery including online & offline media strategy, elaboration on tactical media plans in combination with the respective expert, follow-up on the implementation and maintaining a strong commercial relationship with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and foster the relationship with appointed clients
• Act as person of contact for clients while coordinating the execution of media plans, brief the experts on & offline and translate it into a commercial and innovative client approach
• Develop marketing, communication and media strategies on customer’s needs
• Be a key partner for the client, internal stakeholders and the creative agency
• Follow the developments in the industry and relevant market segments
• Maintain relations and facilitate optimal collaboration between external parties such as media sales houses, creative agencies, ….
• be responsible for and monitor timely progress, optimal production and quality of output and operations
• Show leadership through communication, transparent feedback and disseminates norms and values of the organisation.
• Help developing Junior Account Executives and guide them towards growth
