Associate Technical Consultant

What will you do?

As an Associate Technical Consultant, you will join a team of enthusiastic ServiceNow professionals delivering impactful, complex implementations for large national and international organizations in sectors such as finance, energy, telecom, and high-tech.

You’ll support the technical configuration, development, and integration of the ServiceNow platform. Working closely with experienced consultants, you’ll help design and build innovative solutions that improve business processes for our clients.

Your role will include:

• Assisting in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Writing and maintaining client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript.
• Supporting integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participating in workshops and client meetings to understand technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Documenting technical designs, configurations, and implementation details.
• Continuously developing your technical skill set through formal training, certifications, and hands-on project experience.

We ask

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications, or a related field.
• Basic experience or strong interest in scripting (JavaScript).
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and APIs.
• Some familiarity with relational databases and data structures.
• An eagerness to learn ServiceNow and build a career in platform development and delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
• Fluency in English. Dutch and/or French is a big plus!
